A2: A: Yes, there is an 'Bill Consignee' option on the Airway bill. Select that if you want the recipient to pay for the freight charge ('collect').

A11. ‘my JAM tag’ is a way to reward and show our appreciation to loyal customers. This is a point system that accumulates your total number of shipments. For every shipment sent, value on your ‘my JAM tag’ will be incremented. Each shipment corresponds to a certain number of points.
